Pauline is a key driving force behind NetVu Ltd’s diversification and ongoing evolution as a video surveillance technology provider, developing its international customer base to generate an increased return on investment for end users in power generation, petrochemical, retail, waste to energy and banking sectors.

Particular focus is on the positioning of the value proposition through its key brands, DM Network Video, FireVu, TransVu, NetVu Connected and Dedicated Micros in order to leverage the technology differentiators inherent in it’s video server core and increase stakeholder value.

Joining NetVu Ltd nearly 15 years ago, Pauline has held a statutory board position since 2009 following various senior management roles. She is responsible for the day to day running of the Group in addition to driving the company’s strategic direction across all functions.

Pauline brings nearly 30 years experience to NetVu Ltd. Her skills include particular strengths in innovation, new strategy, business management, diversification, cost base management, change management and sales and marketing.

In her spare time, Pauline is also the elected Non-Executive Chairman of the British Security Industry Association, a position she took up in July 2014, helping shape and promote the interests of the industry within the sector, for the general business market and with politicians.

Mike is the greatest innovator and industry pioneer in the CCTV industry.

Cited in the top 20 most influential entrepreneurs of all time, he is NetVu Ltd’s creative technical force, envisioning new concepts and solutions for the security and fire detection industries. Since founding Dedicated Micros in 1982, Mike has repeatedly applied his technical and entrepreneurial skills to an ever changing market where innovation is essential to success.

Amongst Mike’s many accomplishments are bringing to market the world’s first CCTV multiplexer, the first viable digital recorder and video server, the only secure IP video system on the market and innovative new video analytics.

Mike set-up NetVu Ltd in 1997, while maintaining his contribution to the success of Dedicated Micros as its founder, owner and board member. Over the course of his career Mike continues to gain tremendous insights and understanding of many industries that are of key importance today to NetVu Ltd including Aerospace, motorsport engineering and engine development.

In his spare time Mike established a career in motorsport where along side the RML race team he took first in the LMP2 class at Le Mans 24 Hours in both 2005 and 2006 followed by another podium at Le Mans in 2010, the year the team took the Le Mans Series championship. Mike continues to develop his motorsport engineering businesses in addition to his NetVu Ltd activities.

Maghsoud is a fellow of ICAEW and a fellow of the Institute for Turnaround . He was a senior corporate finance partner in Deloitte for some twenty years until his retirement in 2008 and specialised in acquisitions, disposals and restructuring. He led many transactions over his long career with Deloitte, the most celebrated being his lead role in the purchase of Rover car manufacturing business from BMW. Maghsoud’s association with Mike dates back to the late 90s when he acted for Mike on the then part disposal of what today is the NetVu group.

Maghsoud graduated from LSE in 1976 with a first in Econometrics and went on to complete and MSc in the same school. He enrolled for a Phd in Cambridge University but abandoned it in 1978 to join a Deloitte predecessor firm which he served for over 30 years.

Maghsoud married wife Pat in 1976 and has three children and a grandson all living in Bramhall. He likes building and engineering and in his spare time has rebuilt his home more than once.
